Why Order PENT Through Iron House Design?
As an authorized PENT dealer and luxury home gym design firm, Iron House Design offers something you simply won’t get from a drop-ship marketplace: verified sourcing, accurate lead times, personalized service, and ongoing support long after your order is placed.
We handle the entire procurement process from order through delivery — and our involvement doesn’t end once your equipment arrives. If a warranty or service issue comes up, we handle it for you, working directly with PENT and our nationwide network so you aren’t left trying to navigate an overseas manufacturer on your own.
There are a few other advantages to ordering through Iron House:
Flexible payment structure. A deposit secures your PENT order, with the remaining balance due before your equipment leaves Poland. With current production times, this can give you approximately five months between payments.
No markup on customs or tariffs. Import duties and tariffs can change, and many companies build an estimated HTS duty and global tariff — currently around 9.25% — directly into the purchase price. We don’t. When your shipment clears U.S. Customs, we pass along the actual amount charged — with no additional markup from Iron House. On a larger PENT order, that transparency can represent thousands of dollars.
VIP White Glove delivery and professional assembly are available nationwide. We can coordinate delivery, placement and assembly so your equipment arrives exactly where it belongs — not sitting curbside in shipping crates.
We help manage your warranty. PENT does not currently have a U.S. headquarters, which can make service more complicated when purchasing through a reseller with no ongoing support. Iron House has a nationwide network of installers and service professionals and will help coordinate warranty and service issues on your behalf.
You have someone to call. From choosing finishes and configuring a collection to freight, installation and future service, you have a direct point of contact throughout the entire process.

MTO = Made-to-Order: Each PENT item is handcrafted specifically for your order. NOTE: PENT equipment lead-time can be anywhere from 6 months to 1 year. PENT is a highly specialized European fitness equipment line, and their lead times reflect the level of craftsmanship and quality that go into each piece. These are not mass-produced, off-the-shelf gym products; they are design-forward, furniture-grade pieces made with premium materials, careful finishing, and a much higher level of hand craftsmanship than standard fitness equipment. Because of that, production is more limited and intentional, and the final product is built to feel refined, durable, and appropriate for luxury residential interiors. While the lead times can be longer, the result is equipment that looks beautiful, performs well, and has a level of quality that is difficult to replicate with faster, mass-market options.
