Meet Jake Ryno

A recent graduate of the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Design, Jake brings a fresh creative edge to Iron House. He supports the team with 2D and 3D layout development and leads all graphic design and visual branding for our clients. From custom artwork to full-scale murals, Jake’s work bridges design and storytelling—elevating the atmosphere of each gym and wellness space he touches.

One of his most recent projects was a commissioned mural for the U.S. Government.

Pictured here is Jake’s design for the IRS headquarters in Washington, D.C.—a bold fusion of fitness, patriotism, and authority. The piece reflects his sharp eye for detail and his talent for creating visually dynamic and meaningful designs that inspire both power and purpose.

About the Mural

This mural showcases a striking Washington, D.C. skyline topped with the city’s name, anchored by a life-size figure lifting the scales of justice like a barbell. Subtle elements—including the IRS key, stars along the waistband, and a nod to E Pluribus Unum—unite symbolism and strength in a uniquely patriotic composition.
