We offer FREE nationwide shipping and manage every order with the same level of care and precision we bring to our design work. This includes secure transport to your location, with products arriving safely crated or palletized.
Please note that this shipping option does not include unpacking, placement, or assembly. Our policy of free shipping can save up to $600 per item compared to other distributors.
For clients who prefer a fully managed experience, which includes assembly, we offer white-glove delivery, in-home installation, and custom logistics solutions across the U.S. These services are available for an additional fee and can be arranged directly through our team. Wondering if you need white-glove delivery?
Many NOHrD & WaterRower pieces are designed with minimal assembly requirements, and most clients can handle them without issue. For those items, we recommend you doing it yourselves, white-glove service is not a necessity.
However, if you are ordering a larger or more involved piece, such as a treadmill, SlimBeam cable machine, or bike, we recommend considering white-glove delivery for added convenience and peace of mind.
